• Open access. Buyers are welcome to visit our mining site to confirm quality for themselves, or to nominate a representative.
• Honest availability. We quote what we can actually supply from current production rather than promising volumes we cannot fill.
• Responsive service. Our sales team is available to answer commercial, technical and logistical questions throughout the transaction.

• Fair, agreed pricing. Purchases are made from licensed small gold miners at a competitive discount that is agreed in advance.
• Community representation. Members of the community sit on our board alongside the traditional ruler and the directors.
• Continuity. Ongoing supply relationships rather than opportunistic one-off buying.
