Before shipment
Material is inspected and assayed, weighed and sealed under a procedure agreed with the buyer. Packaging and sorting are handled by experienced staff as part of our traceability plan.
Documentation
Export formalities depend on the product, the quantity and the destination. We confirm the documentation required for your route before shipment and coordinate it with the relevant authorities and your nominated agent.
Transport
Shipping is arranged with professional logistics providers appropriate to the consignment. Copper wire scrap and copper cathode ship in containers; precious metals move under secure arrangements agreed for each transaction.
Delivery
We deliver to the destination agreed in the transaction documents. Timelines depend on route, clearance and the formalities of the destination country, and are confirmed with you rather than guaranteed in advance.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for import clearance, duties and any licensing required in their own jurisdiction.
